FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I PUT THE BANDANA ON MY DOG?
All of our bandanas are designed to go over the collar, so your dog can still wear it's collar at all times with a hassle free and secure fasten. Unbuckle your dog's collar and slide it through the inseam opening on the top of the bandana, then put the collar back on as usual.
HOW DO I KNOW MY DOG'S COLLAR WILL FIT THROUGH THE BANDANA?
We have designed the openings to be fairly big to fit most collars. Our size guide lists the collar inseam opening for each size, which is the opening to slide your pet's collar through. Measure the collar's width to determine if it is smaller than the inseam.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOG'S COLLAR?
Simply unbuckle your dog's collar and lay it flat on any hard surface. With a measuring tape, measure the collar from the start of the buckle to the start of the clip. It is important to not measure the whole clip as this will be inserted into the buckle when your dog has it on and may lead to incorrect sizing.
Example: Image below's collar measurements are 13.7''; we would recommend a size medium for this dog.
MY DOG'S MEASUREMENTS ARE IN BETWEEN SIZES. WHAT DO I DO?
We recommend sizing up for any measurements in between our sizes.
