Where are your products made?

We are based out of a small town in Ontario Canada named Round Lake Centre.

Do you have a physical location I can shop at?

Unfortunately, our location is for production and fulfillment of online orders online only and for local pick ups. However, we do attend markets across Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley. Visit our Events page to see an updated list of upcoming markets we will be at.

How do I wash/clean my scrunchies?

For most scrunchies, we recommend washing with cold water on delicate with like colours.

How do I track my order?

If you paid for a tracking number at checkout, your tracking number will be provided in an email when your order ships. 




How do I return or exchange my order?

We're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your order. Products purchased directly from skrunchies.ca that were not marked as final sale can be returned within thirty days of the original order date. Any accessories desired to be returned must be in the exact condition they were received in: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Upon confirmation that the product is in new condition, a full refund will be issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We do our best to pack our orders so that they are protected during transit. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damages, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship our products worldwide.

What shipping platform do you use?

All orders are shipped through Canada Post within Canada. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs greatly depend on your chosen delivery method and location. Orders over $25.00 CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada. This excludes orders with claw clips, as we must ship our clips with care so they are protected during transit. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot offer free shipping on orders with claw clips, but have accommodated with a flat rate fee that is a fraction of the actual cost. We thank you for your understanding. 

Why is my package delayed in transit?

Due to the ongoing pandemic, postal systems are receiving extremely high volumes of parcels which is unfortunately out of our control. Please expect an additional 7-14 business days on top of the regular estimated delivery. We appreciate your patience.
